Processing Time

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times for USA-Processed Orders

Please note: delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • USA & Canada: Free shipping on all orders

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

We will, however, replace items that arrive:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)
