Q Do you take a personal custom order? 

A. Unfortunately due to our current schedule, custom orders are not available.

Q. This is a gift! Can you exclude pricing.

A. Yes, we would be happy to exclude pricing.

Q. Can I purchase a digital file? 

A. We apologize but digital files are not available at this time. 

Q. If I change my mind can I return my purchase?

A. Every order from 68 North west is individually hand made to order.  We are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds on shipped items unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.

Q.  Can there be a variation in color?

A. Slight color variance may be expected as every computer monitor shows a slight difference of color. Colors may also vary on different material because of their substrate. We do aim to manufacture as close to the color on the order as possible.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are based in the USA and Canada.

Q.  Do you ship internationally?

A.  Yes, we ship all over the world, please be mindful when placing your order internationally as delivery times may vary.
