🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted print partners in the U.S., Canada, and internationally. Your order is shipped from the facility closest to your location for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
To speed up delivery, items may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location.

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your email] so we can help locate it or issue a replacement.


🛒 Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first few hours. Email us as soon as possible if you need help.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse. However, we do replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.


🎁 Product & Customization

Can I customize a product (name, date, etc.)?
If customization is available, the product page will offer text fields or personalization options. For other requests, feel free to contact us directly.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Not yet, but our packaging is clean and simple — great for gifting. We're working on adding more gift-friendly features soon.

Do your products come with a size guide?
Yes! Each apparel item includes a sizing chart on the product page. Please refer to it before ordering to ensure the best fit.
