  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the damaged item or offering a store credit.

  3. Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

  4. Color and Size Variations: Please note that slight variations in color and size may occur due to the custom printing process. These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
