Covid-19 Updates For Boss Imprint Customers

Order Status
Customer service is being flooded with messages like ” hurry and ship” and “where is my order.” I understand everyone frustration but all these emails do is delay responses to real issues or concerns. So please just trust that I know of every late order there is and am doing everything I can to get them out the door.
Shipping Delays
We are seeing massive delays at the Chicago and LA international export terminals. They have a massive amount of packages and very few planes leaving the US, which is why you you see packages sitting there for days and sometimes even weeks its getting better but still an issue
For domestic delays the USPS is getting overwhelmed in certain cities which is why it will arrive in that city and sit for a week. When you call USPS they say we never got it, which is true because its sitting on a parking lot truck trailer waiting to be processed, so we need to explain to this customers as its not lost just delayed and in certain cities like Chicago, LA there is nothing we can do but wait.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page, so check back often.
We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can at our facilities.
We're still seeing long fulfillment and shipping times at Boss Imprint and industry-wide. Our support team is doing their best to keep up with increased customer questions. Our average email response time has increased to about one day, and we're not available on the phone. We try to keep chat available during US business hours on Mon-Fri, but periodically turn it off to catch up with queues.
We're working hard to safely increase our capacity and we've made good progress in the last month.
Even with all the steps we're taking, it'll still take time to bring our fulfillment times back to normal. Shipping is also still taking longer than usual depending on where your orders are shipping to.
